At Archipelago, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty ritual. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
